To clear error codes, dial *120*6843*1# from your mobile phone and select Option 2.
No Signal (e.g., E52)
Disconnect the power and LNB (dish) cables from your decoder. Reinsert the LNB cable first, then the power cable, and wait for the decoder to reboot.
Signal Strength Check
Press the HELP button on your remote. For good viewing, signal strength and quality should be above 75%.
Bad Weather
Heavy rain can temporarily affect the signal ("rain fade"). The problem should resolve once the rain stops.
