Error & Signal Problems
“No Signal” or “Weak Signal” Message
Usually caused by dish misalignment or loose cables. We can realign your dish fast.
How to clear OpenView error messages:
- Dial *120*6843*1# on your mobile phone
- Select option 2 for “Clear error codes”
- Enter your postal code
- Select option 1
- Enter your STB (decoder) number
- Wait 5–10 minutes for the message to clear
Why is my picture pixelated?
Weak signal strength. Call us for a quick dish alignment check.
Does bad weather affect signal?
Heavy rain or wind can cause temporary loss. If it persists, contact us for inspection.
